Griff von Gonz is an adorable 2 year old German Shepherd mix. Our light blonde boy with the helicopter ears is in the running for the “Cutest Dog Ever” title. Griff walks great on leash and is so eager to get out and explore the world. He is a little shy in the beginning and might be startled by loud noises or cars whizzing by, but he gets comfortable eventually . He meets dogs well on his walks, not giving them much attention, and walks great next to them. Griff is a big sweetie who takes some time to get to know you. He hopes that you will let him come to you since he can be hand shy in the beginning. Once comfortable, he is all tail wags and practically begs you to pet him from head to tail. Griff is a little shy in playgroup but meets everyone well. As soon as he knows that the dogs in there are friendly, he seems to perk up and introduces himself politely to each of them. As wonderful as he is in the play group, Griff prefers to be with his humans and will try to find a way out of the yard so he needs to be supervised if he is outside off leash – at least in the beginning.
